Inclusivity "B'tzelem Elohim"
Our community is all about diversity and inclusivity. We embrace equality and diversity in all aspects of Jewish life. Our modern values are drawn from the Jewish tradition that we are all b’tzelem elohim, created in the image of God. We honour and sanctify each and every person. In our community, you are respected for who you are, and who you love.

• Our community includes women, men, LGBTQ(IA+) and Jews of colour among our members and leaders. You’ll find inclusive community members amongst our rabbis and cantors, mohelim, our congregational leadership, Camp George staff, and among our affiliate organizations.

• All of our congregations welcome Jewish LGBTQ(IA+) couples to stand under the marriage chuppah and participate fully in the life of the community.

• Our congregations welcome Jewish Adjacent partners and their families to participate in the life of our community. As part of our respect for tradition as well as individual observance, our rabbis and congregations will vary as to how they include partners in Jewish rituals.
